Hi, my name is Jan Woodruff and my husband Jeff and I have lived here in the Big Bear Valley for many years. We both know the Big Bear Valley very well and have seen a lot of real estate growth. I’m married to Bill Henderson, a retired naval Lieutenant Commander. We have 8 children, 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. We moved to Big Bear 22 years ago then I went to real estate school in Riverside and became a licensed realtor a year later. My parents were also realtors in the San Diego area and my mother became a broker at the age of 65.
