Hi, my name is Jan Woodruff and my husband Jeff and I have lived here in the Big Bear Valley for many years. We both know the Big Bear Valley very well and have seen a lot of real estate growth. My husband is a retired fire captain of 31 years here in Big Bear Lake and before I went into the real estate business I enjoyed making people beautiful with my own hair salon; a cosmetologist for 40 years, I wanted to expand my horizons and step into the real estate world. I was born and educated in San Diego and at UCLA, and my parents were both Realtors. After many years in medical group admimistration, I decided to follow in their footsteps, and, along with my husband Bill, entered my parent's profession. I've been in the real estate business in Big Bear since 1988, have been quite successful in sales and listings, and have a very large referral base and many repeat customers. Born in Michigan, I received a BS Degree in Business Administration. I later received an MA in Business Management. I served in the USAF from 1962 until 1988. I flew two combat tours in Vietnam. After my second combat tour I served in a variety of staff positions. My final assignment was base commander of Edwards Air Force Base. As a retired military officer and having lived in Big Bear for over fourteen years, I have the discipline and the knowledge to meet all your real estate needs.

I am a 22 year retired teacher who decided to pursue law and real estate. I am currently a part of the EXIT Realty Team here in Big Bear . I enjoy people so real estate seemed a natural course to take after retiring from teaching. I am bilingual in English and Spanish and hold a B.A. Degree in Spanish.

I have two daughters. I am new to real estate but love the wide variety of homes I've seen in the 16 years I've lived in Big Bear and decided I would love to show Big Bear to others. I came here 16 years ago as a teacher in the local school district. My parents had retired here two years before I moved to Big Bear.
